Chemical Munitions

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This end user course covers the differing uses, deployment, characteristics and decontamination procedures for OC and chemical agent munitions. This course will train the end users in the use and deployment of these munitions. This program includes extensive range and practical exercises and is Missouri POST approved.

GEAR & AMMO REQUIREMENTS

  • SWAT type uniform
  • Nomex or Kevlar gloves
  • Baseball type cap
  • Gas mask with approved filter
  • Duty gear and pistol (no ammunition)
  • Eye/ear protection
  • 12 gauge shotgun (cylinder bore)
  • Hydration system
  • Highest rated ballistic vest
  • Knee and elbow pads
  • 37 mm and/or 40mm launcher (if available)
  • Ballistic shield (if available)
  • Bucket or Plastic basin (new)
